Have you ever woken up on a Sunday morning and thrown on your boyfriends dress shirt, and thought wow…I could totally rock this? Even if you don’t have a boyfriend to steal his stuff, you can still introduce this trend into your wardrobe, and I’ll show you how. I’m not saying put a Diane Keaton tux in your closet but you should definitely think about your all of your stylish options.
The first thing you need to know is looking great doesn’t require hours in front of the mirror - it just requires confidence, a cute accessory and shoes to match. On a Monday morning after a long weekend the last thing I want to do is wake up early to get ready for the day at the office so I’ve learned to improvise with something as simple as a white button down. Quickly, these changes turns my usual hectic morning into time spent enjoying my instant breakfast – a coffee.
The 3 essentials to take from this trend are:
1. A men’s blazer that is fitted for a woman’s body.
2. A Crisp collared button down dress shirt
3. & the ever popular cute oxford shoes
I have always thought that the blazer is PERFECT for anytime. It looks casual for a night out, or can be dressed up for the work day. The blazer is so versatile which makes me love it even more!

The classic white button down can be worn in many different ways. My personal favourite is with tights and a cute belt. However the options don’t end there, you can also wear the button down with a skirt or even a pair of dress pants tucked in.

… and the SHOES. An outfit is never completed without the matching shoes to go along.
I love these oxfords, they are timeless and can go with a lot of different clothing options.

So if you decide next Monday morning you want time to actually enjoy your caffeine fix, remember: it’s okay to let your eye wander to his side of the closet, besides… doesn’t the saying go what’s yours is mine?
